Shipping Info

ORDER PROCESSING:

Because of COVID the current volume of purchases has increased immensely which has slowed transit. In addition, our main warehouse fulfillment center unexpectedly closed. We have scrambled to get our inventory to a new fulfillment center but the visibility and process times are not what we normally have.

In most cases orders will be picked, packed and prepared for the carrier to pick – up within 2-4 business days. Once a tracking number is established you will be emailed immediately to keep an eye on your package.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Products may be shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL. Standard and Expedited shipping times are 3-5 business days. Express shipping times are 2-3 business days. 

APO/FPO and P.O. Box will generally be delivered by the USPS or via UPS Ground.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International Shipping service is via UPS or USPS depending upon shipment weight and destination. APO/FPO and P.O. Box will be delivered by the USPS. International can take an additional day to leave the warehouse.

SATURDAY DELIVERIES:

Saturday deliveries can only be carried out with a 2nd day/overnight shipping purchase. The offer can only be carried out via telephone for an extra $15.00 shipping fee. Please contact us (303)-403-0126 if you wish for the special handling.


APO & FPO SERVICE:

APO & FPO orders are charged the standard shipping rate and shipped via US Postal Service.


DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM RETURN POLICY:

All defective or damaged products must be returned to the manufacturer for exchange within six months of the purchase date. We recommend that you keep your invoice as your proof of purchase.

Crossover Symmetry does not supply a return shipping label for damaged/broken products after use. Return shipping labels will be provided only in the instance of a 30-day return or incorrect package items.


PURCHASE ORDERS (PO’S)

Crossover Symmetry does accept Purchase Orders. Purchase order must be received within 30 days of the date of the purchase order and  must have correct remittance address on it.
